Job Description
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the UK market. You will be at the forefront of our business, connecting organisations with solutions that genuinely transform how they operate.
Required Technical Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for the Company.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop client solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial bids.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Role Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or software solutions.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
A proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions and communicate their value clearly.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
